You do not need to register or qualify or anything. There are no fees. Anyone can do it anytime of the year.<\/li>\r\n<li>The challenge must start\/end at the official <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fs.usda.gov\/recarea\/crgnsa\/recreation\/hiking\/recarea\/?recid=29902&amp;actid=50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dog Mountain trailhead<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>The clock starts at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fs.usda.gov\/recarea\/crgnsa\/recreation\/hiking\/recarea\/?recid=29902&amp;actid=50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dog Mountain trailhead<\/a> and ends when the individual or entire team reaches it again.<\/li>\r\n<li>You must finish all hill reps within 24 hours. Unfinished round trips do not count.<\/li>\r\n<li>You can chose your own route(s) up and down the mountain.<\/li>\r\n<li>You must tag the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/45%C2%B043'01.3%22N+121%C2%B042'05.6%22W\/@45.717016,-121.7021111,265m\/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d45.717016!4d-121.701556\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">summit<\/a> during each hill rep (= round trip).<\/li>\r\n<li>The challenge can be completed individually or in teams. If completed in a team, all team members must do all parts of the route and all reps. Relays do not count.<\/li>\r\n<li>The clock does not stop if the individual or team sleeps, rests, etc.<\/li>\r\n<li>The challenge must be completed in a single push. Sleep, rest, etc. along the route are allowed.\u00a0No leaving the route\u00a0and returning unless by using human muscle power only.<\/li>\r\n<li>Crews and stashing of gear, food, and water are allowed. All stashes must be retrieved.<\/li>\r\n<li>Each and every part of the route must be covered on foot. Biking, skiing, snow-shoeing, paragliding, etc. is not allowed. The use of poles, crampons, and ice axes are allowed.
