This route was part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/ultrapedestrian.blogspot.com\/2014\/06\/2014-ultrapedestrian-wilderness.html\" target=\"_blank\">2014 UltraPedestrian Wilderness Challenge (UPWC)<\/a>, so yes, I&#8217;m pretty much a year behind. For those who are interested, the <a href=\"http:\/\/ultrapedestrian.blogspot.com\/2015\/07\/2015-ultrapedestrian-wilderness.html\" target=\"_blank\">2015 challenges<\/a> are well under way. Check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/UPWildernessChallenge\/\" target=\"_blank\">UPWC Facebook page<\/a> for many impressive trip reports.<\/p>\n<p>The Alpine Lakes Grand Tour starts at Snoqualmie Pass (Snow Lake trail head) end ends near Leavenworth (Snow Lakes trail head on Icicle Creek road).
