The infamous John Cappis 50k Fat Ass is on! Last year, 12 crazy runners showed up and 2 finished. I earned my first DFL. Perhaps I shouldn’t have logged 70mi and over 16,000ft of elevation gain during this week as part of my “acclimatization taper.” Oh well, it’s called training for a bigger purpose.
